COLUMBUS ALIVE!

Not wanting to brave the crowds of crazy partiers on amateur night, we chose instead to attend Columbus Young Professionals Club's St. Practice Day Happy Hour — the day before St. Patrick's Day at Easton's Fado Irish Pub.

For just $5, partygoers got a complimentary drink ticket, free food from Fado, and great entertainment by local Irish band The Drowsy Lads and the Millennium School's Irish dancers. And the fun didn't stop with happy hour. Festivities continued all night long, starting with a 9 p.m. performance from the Ladies of Longford.
