Welcome to CYPCLUB.com 2.0

About a year ago, the CYP CLUB launched a new website at www.CYPCLUB.com with the main goal of improving the registration process for events, allowing for online payments, and providing a real-time count of how many spots were left at events and which events were sold out. As our membership had grown into the mid-thousands at the time, we also needed the flexibility to allow CYP CLUB members to update their contact and work information by themselves, rather than emailing our leadership team who then updated it manually. What we launched was a really great website, but we still considered it a "work in progress."

With the growth of the CYP CLUB membership into the high-thousands, we've received some great feedback and applied what worked well with the previous CYPCLUB.com site. We have improved the event management process even further, added a lot more capabilities for Athletics registration, and threw in some things that would make your online experience more enjoyable.

What is better:

• Being logged in as a Member
With the previous site, there was not really any reason to log in as a member. Now there are many, and there will be more reasons still to come.

• Event Registration
You can learn about upcoming events, get directions to the venue, and see how many real-time spaces are available, but it is much easier to get this information now. Plus, you will have to log in using your username and password to register for all of our events. By doing this, you will be able to keep track of which events you are registered for each time you log in. You can also register for your guests (members and non-members).

• Athletics Registration
As with events, you will need to log in to register for any of our athletic teams or tournaments. Once you do register and are placed on a team, you'll have access to your team roster, upcoming games, rules of the league, and more.

• No going off of our site for Event or Athletics Payment
With the previous site, you were re-directed off of our site to pay through PayPal. Some members had difficulty with this payment process, and others got kicked off of PayPal in the process of registering. Now you can pay easy and safely on our website using a MasterCard, VISA, or Discover card.

• Improved Photo Albums
Our photo albums have taken a quantum leap on this new site, and we hope you will enjoy flipping through photos from past CYP CLUB events and activities. There are quite a few!

• Leadership Page
Get to know your CYP CLUB leadership team with our new section devoted to giving you a glimpse into their professional lives, community involvement, and favorite things to do in and around Columbus. You just might find something you have in common.

We hope you will find this website allows you to better connect with the CYP CLUB and enjoy the numerous resources available to you as members – and still more to come!

Take some time to log in as a member using your email address and the password you selected when you first registered. If you cannot remember your password, click on the top right link on any page "Forgot Password" and you will be prompted to enter your email address. Once logged in, you can view your profile, which is your membership application when you first registered as a member. All of your information should have been transferred to this new site, but please check to see that it is accurate – and feel free to make updates and changes.

Then take a look around this newly designed site and send your feedback to leadership@cypclub.com.

What you will see is a custom-built website for the CYP CLUB, based on our needs as a 7,500+ member organization. This was no small task, and we owe much thanks to the time and creativity of Nick Mele. Nick is currently a student at Gannon University who has worked on many successful sites for a long list of local and national clients. Since our first re-launch in 2008, Nick has been a major force on our team, and he will continue to help us with improvements and additional online benefits as the CYP CLUB continues to grow. As always, we will continue to listen to your ideas and feedback, as our number one goal is to make your CYP CLUB member experience truly beneficial and fun.
