Volunteer Opportunity at 'The Food Play,' June 2-11
Attention CYP CLUB members! Available Light Theatre has requested volunteers from our organization for their upcoming show, The Food Play. All performances are at The North Market, with food from Local Matters and Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams, and live music from The Saturday Giant. Anyone who volunteers gets to see the show for FREE.

Join us at the CYP CLUB Tent at the Grand Opening of Columbus Commons!
Be a part of the Grand Opening for Columbus Commons (the brand new park in Downtown Columbus where City Center once stood) and meet-up with other members at the CYP CLUB VIP Tent this Thursday, May 26 anytime from 4-10pm!

Where will we be? If facing the stage in the park, our tent is off to the left (and more importantly, near a beverage tent)! Look for the CYP CLUB signs, as there will be other groups with tables/tents too. This community event will feature something for everyone. IT IS FREE TO ATTEND!

Introducing CityPulse, presented by the CYP CLUB
The Columbus region is an ever-growing playground for exciting people, events, and happenings! With over 12,000 members who live and work here in Columbus, the CYP CLUB is committed to offering great connections and value for our entire membership. And so, we are excited to announce a new monthly feature that will benefit our members and the community at-large.

Beginning in June 2011, the CYP CLUB will launch "CityPulse" – a round-up of local events and community activities that will help to keep our members and friends in the know about what's happening all around town.

Introducing the CYP CLUB Professional & Personal Development Summer Series
This Summer, the CYP CLUB is excited to offer a professional and personal development evening event series in collaboration with various partners and sponsors to offer CYP CLUB members (and other attendees) the opportunity to network, learn, and develop in various areas of their professional and personal lives.

There will be four evening events from May through August with the following themes/topics:
1. Money Night on Thursday, May 19th
2. Personal Finance Panel on Thursday, June 23rd
3. Business Card Match Game on Thursday, July 21st
4. Personal Development Panel on Thursday, August 11th

A "Networking Passport" card will be provided for all members who would like to track their attendance and enter to win great prizes/prize packages throughout the summer.

For each event you attend this summer, you will be entered for a chance to win great prizes. There will also be bonus events throughout the summer where you can also attend to enter to win!

CYP CLUB member discount for Taste of Dine Originals
Members of the CYP CLUB can save $25 on tickets to the upcoming Taste of Dine Originals, a celebration of food and drink featuring culinary specialties from over 50 locally owned and operated restaurants. The event will take place on Thursday, May 12 from 6-9pm at the Grange Insurance Audubon Center.

To purchase tickets, members must call Michelle Aro at The Buckeye Ranch at (614) 539-6441 and mention that they are a member of the CYP CLUB.

Supporting the Columbus Arts Festival by getting splattered with Paint!
The CYP CLUB was recently asked to be a part of a video for the 50th anniversary of the Columbus Arts Festival. Several members of our leadership team, including Kris Cannon, Greg Daugherty, Derek Grosso, Amy Poston, and Dianna Williams answered the call with flying colors (all pun intended)!
