It's our Anniversary! Celebrate Six Years at 'Six Bars in Six Hours' on Saturday, August 27th
As you may know, the CYP CLUB recently celebrated its six-year anniversary and we have planned an event for members and friends to participate in the celebration called Six Bars in Six Hours.
On Saturday, August 27th, you'll get to tour six different bars in the Arena District with great drink and food specials at each bar PLUS scavenger hunt-type activities along the way where you can play games, answer trivia questions, snap photos, win prizes, and have fun. We'll visit each bar for about 55 minutes, then head over to the next bar until we are done.
We currently have more than 350 registered to attend, and the cost is only $15 per person; which includes two beverages (one at bar #3, one at bar #6), a crawl t-shirt, event 'passport,' and the chance to win $600 in cash and prizes. Plus, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Komen Columbus' young professionals group.

Columbus Monthly Asks: "What Does Columbus Need?"
Every five years, starting in 1996, Columbus Monthly has asked people active in the community to name the three most important things Columbus needs to improve itself as a city. They collected the answers and printed the results in a story called "What Columbus needs."
It's time to ask that question again. Please send your three ideas on what Columbus needs to Ray Paprocki, Columbus Monthly Editor, at rpaprocki@columbusmediaenterprises.com. Include your name and title. Deadline is August 31.
You should know that your comments might be quoted in the article or appear on the magazine's website, columbusmonthly.com.
