Charity Spotlight Round-up: Colony Cats, A Kid Again, Komen Young Professionals

Colony Cats (and dogs) need your help for a great cause! Please come out to the Bob Evans Restaurant located at 2199 Riverside Drive to purchase breakfast, lunch, or dinner anytime throughout the day on Monday, September 24th and Bob Evans will donate 15% of your bill to the organization. A Kid Again is hosting their annual gala on Saturday, October 13th which includes a silent auction and dinner at the Aladdin Shrine Center located at 3850 Stelzer Road. The Komen Young Professionals are reaching out to CYP CLUB members to volunteer their time in assisting Columbus Marathon runners while they contribute in the fight for a cure for breast cancer. This volunteer opportunity will be at the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Columbus Marathon (Mile 2 Water Stop located at 2010 East Broad Street – St. Charles) on Sunday, October 21st from 6-9:30am. Volunteer duties include: handing out t-shirts and water to the runners, ensuring that they are safe while running on the course, and giving out medals at the end of the race.
