Columbus Young Professionals Club Introduces "200Stories"

COLUMBUS, OH – The Columbus Young Professionals Club (CYP CLUB) is launching a search for stories about positive connections and experiences that CYP CLUB members, supporters, and friends have had during the city's bicentennial year. These stories will be a collection of favorite memories associated with the club's various social, professional, philanthropic, and athletic events.

The goal of "200Stories" will be to assemble a video of the best stories from area young professionals that will be presented during the club's year-end celebration event in December of 2012. A full list of 200Stories will also be featured on the CYP CLUB website (www.cypclub.com), the-soon-to-be-released Young Professionals' Guide to Central Ohio (2013 Edition), and in the CYP CLUB Annual Report.

"As a community-minded organization, the CYP CLUB has helped to promote Columbus' bicentennial year and activities to our members throughout the past nine months. Over the next three months, we would like to get our members to actively participate in looking ahead to the future by sharing their stories with the community. We feel that '200Stories' will not only help us tell the story of the CYP CLUB, but also how our young professional members fit into the past, present, and future of our city," said Derek Grosso, President/CEO & Founder of the CYP CLUB.

Tell us about how you... met a new friend, tried a new restaurant, learned a talent, made a business contact, got a new job, met your future spouse, gave back to charity, were asked to sit on a non-profit board, closed a business deal, went outside your comfort zone, experienced something fun... whatever it is, we want to know!

Stories, testimonials, short videos, and statements can be submitted to 200stories@cypclub.com. The goal is to gather at least 200 stories from as many of our 16,000 members as we can by the end of 2012.
