x2010 Fall Flag Football

The CYP CLUB is excited to announce a NEW athletics league: Flag Football! We will be fielding co-recreational Flag Football teams for an outdoor league that will play 45-minute games (two 20-minute halves, with a 5-minute half time) on Thursdays at 6:00pm or 6:50pm at Olde Sawmill Park. All games will have referees! The skill level will be Fun/Recreational, and game times will rotate each week.

The season will begin on Thursday, August 19th and run for five weeks - with a bye week for all teams on Thursday, September 2nd (OSU vs. Marshall game) - and a sixth week for playoffs. Teams will consist of 12 players with 8 starters. The cost is $55 per person and includes game referees, flags, and a numbered CYP CLUB T-shirt/uniform. Players will need to bring their own cleats. Registration and Payment will only be accepted online.

Deadline for registration is Thursday, August 12th. You will be contacted by your team captain before the first week of play with the league. Please email athletics@cypclub.com with any questions.

*League Update: Due to a rain-out on September 16th, the league will be extended one week to October 7th.
