About Greg
I was born and raised in Sandusky, Ohio (home of Cedar Point!) and moved to Columbus in 2001 to attend law school at Ohio State. I've been living here in Columbus ever since. My legal practice consists of executive compensation and employee benefits. Essentially, I help employers design bonus and other compensation packages aimed at motivating and rewarding employees for performance. I also help them keep their pensions and profit sharing plans compliant with the always-changing tax and labor laws. In my free time, I enjoy playing in different sports leagues, such as kickball, volleyball, and softball. I also enjoy listening to live music. You can find me relaxing at Cup 'O Joe reading a good book on the weekends too.

Community Involvement and Interests
I am a member of the Miami University Alumni Association's Columbus Chapter and also occasionally volunteer for the City Year Computer Outreach Program as a volunteer instructor.

What does Columbus offer young professionals?
Columbus has a strong small business and entrepreneur community. If you have any idea or passion, chances are there are groups you can join or people you can meet who share those interests. It is a great place to start a career.

What do you hope members get out of their involvement in the CYP CLUB?
I hope members find CYP CLUB as an opportunity to meet new people and try new things, whether that's in a social setting at a happy hour or in a career development setting such as a networking breakfast.

What's your favorite CYP CLUB event and why?
Wine tastings. It's a fun and relaxed place to meet people, and the deals on the wine are amazing!

How would you describe Columbus?
Columbus is a well-kept secret with tremendous upside potential. The well-kept secret is that it has many attractions that large cities have, and yet, most people don't realize that. Whether your interests are in sports, music, the arts, or business, whatever you're interested in, Columbus has something to offer you. The upside potential is that Columbus is a growing city. As great as it is, it continues to grow and improve.
