Born and raised in Albania, Kim moved to Columbus in 2001 and has lived here ever since. She is a recent graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelors in Economics. Kim plans to attend law school in the next few years and she loves to travel (thus far having visited United Kingdom, Greece, and Mexico).

June Networker of the Month: Bryan Hines

Born in Cambridge, Ohio, Bryan went to college at Bowling Green State University. He lived and worked in Toledo at a small CPA firm until Fall of 2008, when he moved to Columbus to work for a bigger firm and to be closer to his family. Bryan enjoys playing basketball, hanging out with friends, and meeting new people.

May Networker of the Month: Ivan Isreal

Ivan has been in mortgage banking for five years. While he specializes in jumbo and super jumbo home loans, however, he does all types of mortgages - Jumbo, Conforming, FHA, VA, and OHFA for Purchase and Refinance (to name a few).

Originally from Indiana, Ryan spent 8 years in the Air Force. He graduated from Franklin University and has been a financial planner for about 5 years. Ryan came to Innova in 2009 and is helping grow the firm as well as add new clients.

March Networker of the Month: Dr. Julie Hartman

Chiropractor, Worthington Chiropractic Center
Originally from Iowa, Julie graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2006. She was in practice for three years in the Dayton, OH area before moving to Columbus with her husband in July of 2009. Julie has taken several post-graduate programs regarding prenatal and infant care (including being certified in the Webster Technique) and is currently completing her Diplomate in Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics.

Eric grew up in Mentor, Ohio and got his B.A. in Corporate Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University. Since then, for 12 passionate years, he has been helping homebuyers in central Ohio find the home of their dreams.

Keri grew up in Powell, Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Economics in June of 2008. Since graduation, she has been working at the Pines and taking classes to obtain her Real Estate License.

December Networker of the Month: Ross Mahaffey

Ross grew up in Chillicothe, Ohio then pursued his college education at Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. He graduated in May of '07 with a double major in English Literature and Communication, and a minor in Geography. He began working for Kforce in June of '07 and has been there ever since. About 10 years ago, Ross picked up music as a hobby and it has become a life-long passion. A current music project of his is an acoustic cover duo called the Rum Shakers. Ross plays the guitar, harmonica and sings with his counterpart on the upright bass, which is pretty unique. He occasionally performs with the local rock band OCD when they have local shows.

Maria grew up in Dublin, Ohio and attended Denison University to play soccer. After graduating from Denison in 2005, she attended Capital University Law School. Upon graduating law school, she joined a general practice law firm, Mularski, Bonham, Dittmer & Phillips, LLC.

Laura graduated from Ohio University in 2006, lived in Charlotte, NC after graduating college and worked in health care and financial services, moved to Columbus in May and is happily living in the downtown area.

Sarah earned her B.S. in Accountancy and Master of Accounting Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She holds an active CPA license as well as maintains certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Sarah is also responsible for the Columbus Metro chapter of the 100(+) Women Who Care.

Brad is not new to Ohio, but he's just getting re-acquainted with Columbus. He grew up in Delaware, Ohio and moved back to central Ohio in 2008 (from Chicago) to work in financial consulting. He graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in economics and American history, and has a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Brad is licensed as an attorney in Illinois and is also seeking his law license in Ohio. "That will happen sometime in 2009, hopefully," he says. In Chicago, Brad practiced business law, banking and real estate, so his legal background and experience reviewing contracts could be helpful to clients who own a business or may be buying a house.
