August Networker of the Month: Tracey Hopkins

After graduating from Miami University in 2007 with a degree in Health Studies, Tracey went on to work with companies like the American Cancer Society where she did health promotions. She has also consulted local companies on social media and blogging. Tracey also finds great joy in cooking and creating new recipes in the kitchen. Since going vegan in January of 2010 she has created many wonderful meat-free meals, which you can check out on her blog at www.trehops.com.

What I do: My job consists of health coaching, blogging, and writing. Whether it be a fitness routine or eating habits that someone is struggling with, I offer my expertise to guide them toward their goals. I also contribute articles to health newsletters and offer wellness tips on my own blog.
