Check out some of the best events going on in Columbus this weekend! (April 20-23 2017):

1. Best Bites: Brunch
Columbus Underground will continue their wildly popular Best Bites foodie event series this Thursday evening (4/20) this time with a focus on local brunch eats. With admission, guests will be able to sample a plethora of signature breakfast dishes from over 20 of Columbus’ hottest brunch spots like Hadley’s Bar + Kitchen, Copious, Taste of Belgium, and many more. The event will also include live entertainment, photo booth, a cash bar with mimosas & other cocktails, access to Ohio History Connection’s exhibit, and the chance to vote on your favorite bite of the night! A portion of proceeds from the event will benefit Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Central Ohio.

2. Beer and Ballet with BalletMet
BalletMet will be dancing under the sunset this Friday (4/21) as they host their Beer and Ballet event in the park at Columbus Commons. Finalists in the Lets Move Columbus! Dance Contest will be performing on-stage, offering guests the chance to vote on their favorite contestants at the end of the show, while BalletMet will take second act of the event with an open rehearsal of their upcoming production Romeo & Juliet. This all-ages event will also include happy hour-priced craft brews from Platform Beer Co., food trucks, and free popcorn.

3. Blast: The Big Science Bash at COSI
Support the city’s awesome science museum, COSI as the center hosts its annual fundraiser, Blast: The Big Science Bash this weekend (4/22). The celebration will include live music, an open bar with craft beer & wine, and food from over 20 local restaurants like Milestone 229, Nada, Melt Bar & Grilled, and many more. The event will also offer a Silent Auction and Mystery Raffle, plus the chance to explore COSI’s fantastic exhibits without the daytime crowds.

4. Monster Jam
Roaring into town in a burst of flames, the globally famous monster truck rally, Monster Jam will take over the Schottenstein Center this Saturday and Sunday (4/22/-4/23). Sit on the edge of your seat and watch in awe as these souped-up massive wrecking machines pull incredible stunts and cause some oh-so-satisfying destruction. Expect to see nearly 10 different trucks with names like “Grave Digger,” “Wild Thang,” “Dragon,” and more. Monster Jam will surely provide some of the most heart-pumping action you’ll ever get from four wheels!

5. Onesie Bar Crawl
Dig up your wildest PJs and join hundreds of thirsty partygoers in the Short North this Saturday evening as Bar Crawl USA hits the city with their Onesie Bar Crawl. Participants will travel to 5 different area hotspots including Local Bar, Julep, Granero Lounge, and more, with access to exclusive food and drink specials just for crawlers. Guests of this event may be dressed for bed, but this event is sure to be anything but sleepy.
