Do you know how to capitalize on your potential? Have you begun to invest in your future? Are those in the workplace seeing your true value? We will be hosting a panel discussion around realizing and leaning into your full potential.

Join the CYP CLUB and the Women's Fund of Central Ohio - with support from Fifth Third Bank - on Tuesday, April 8th* from 5:30-7:00pm for Equal Pay Day: Leaning into Your Full Potential to engage in a lively, thought provoking presentation.

The event will take a proactive approach to eliminating inequities in pay by participating in the interactive discussion for young professional women to fully engage your full potential and worth. We will focus on sharing tactical skills and tools to help grow your career; following up to the Art of Negotiation workshop last year. The panelists will share from varied backgrounds what matters, how to capitalize on your strengths, how to realize your full potential, and the importance in closing the wage gap.

The Panelists:
Aisha Allen, Director of Sales Coaching and Development at Nationwide, will moderate the discussion.
Kris Cannon-Jackson, Training Coordinator for the City of Columbus, will share her recent experiences in the workplace.
Catherine Lang-Cline, President and Co-Founder of Portfolio Creative, will speak to the employer and entrepreneur's perspective.
Tanya Menon, Associate Professor of Management & Human Resources at the Fisher College of Business will talk about the importance of negotiation.

Light snacks and beverages (soda, water, wine) are included. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased online.

*Equal Pay Day is marked annually to signify the wage gap between women and men in our country. This year, a woman must work 15 months, until April 8, to earn as much as a man over 12 months. In central Ohio, women working full-time, year round, on average make 78 cents for every dollar a man earns; compared to the national average of 81 cents on the dollar.

About The Women's Fund: The Women's Fund is a public foundation that transforms the lives of women and girls by mobilizing the collective power and passion of women working together. They create gender equality and influence through research and collaborations, promote social change by growing women’s philanthropy, and make grants to programs that raise awareness, advocate and educate on issues affecting women and girls. The Women's Fund is amplifying the voices of all 800,000 women and girls throughout central Ohio.
