The Ohio Young Professionals Weekend & Leadership Summit is a leadership development and idea-sharing summit in the capital city of Columbus, hosted by the Columbus Young Professionals Club (CYP Club). Every spring, we bring together passionate, smart, and engaged young professionals and college students from across Ohio to network and connect for success.

Friday's leadership summit will kick off with a keynote address from Doug Kelly, CEO at Make-A-Wish® Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana, followed by two panel discussions focused on the themes of INSPIRATIONAL LEADERSHIP and THE CITY OF THE FUTURE. Afternoon sessions will include a discussion on SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN OHIO and CREATING THE IDEAL CULTURE FOR EMERGING LEADERS. We will wrap up with a post-summit social at The Walrus in downtown Columbus. On Saturday, there will be a team-building service project and downtown obstacle course run, in partnership with Columbus Rotary. The focus of the summit is to provide an opportunity for young professionals to convene, connect, and give back. Breakfast and lunch are included on both days.

A Weekend Pass (both days, including breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday) is only $25 per person. College students and premium members of the CYP Club get a special price of $15 for the Weekend pass. Register online and check with your company's HR department to see if they are a weekend sponsor, which may mean you get in for free!
