About Kris

I truly have a passion to help those with professional and personal development needs. I started my own business, InnerGi Consulting, where the focus is helping individuals with their own professional & personal growth. Through coaching, I establish deep relationships with my clients providing an enriched environment for development. I also work for the City of Columbus as a Training Coordinator, helping employees with all of their training & development needs.

On a personal note, I have a 17-year-old son who continuously motivates me to do more and try harder to make a difference in our community, so that it is a better place for all of us to live.

Community Involvement and Interests
I love making a difference in the lives of others, especially if it is also improving our community. Besides being very active with the CYP Club and its many community affiliates, including Columbus Inspires, where I am the board chair, I am involved in my church and son's school activities. Some personal interests I have are spending time with family and friends and networking to meet like-minded professionals. I enjoy watching sports, especially football and basketball.

As the Member Relations Coordinator, I am here to be a contact for members to help get them acclimated to all that their membership with the club offers. CYP is growing and getting better – but only because of you – our members! I, along with the rest of the leadership team, am here to ensure your involvement with the CYP Club is enriched with many opportunities for events, activities, and impact!

What does Columbus offer young professionals?
Columbus is continuing to grow and become a great place for young professionals. Not only are there many companies for professionals to have a successful career, there are many venues for them to play just as hard as they work. From professional sporting events, to college games, bar & grilles, to beautiful parks, Columbus has something to offer everyone.

What do you hope members get out of their involvement?
I hope that members take the opportunity to experience new things through the CYP Club. Through our many outings, networking events and volunteering throughout the community, I would like professionals to meet each other to form some long-lasting business relationships, friendships and bonds.

What's your favorite CYP Club event and why?
I enjoy all of the events, so this is a hard one. I really like 'A Date to Remember.' This fundraiser has a large turnout and provides the opportunity for more people to come together to raise money for some awesome charities.

How would you describe Columbus?
Columbus is a thriving city, only getting bigger and better as time goes on. I am excited about where Columbus is going.
