This session explores how arts, performance, and storytelling shape the identity of Columbus, while providing a unique opportunity to step inside one of the city’s most dynamic creative spaces.

The evening will include a behind-the-scenes tour of Shadowbox Live, offering insight into their production spaces, creative process, and the work that goes into bringing performances to life. Known for their original productions, live music, and commitment to pushing creative boundaries, Shadowbox Live has been a cornerstone of Columbus’ arts scene for decades.

Participants will also enjoy light bites and snacks while connecting with fellow attendees and members of the local creative community.

Whether you’re passionate about the arts or simply looking to explore a new side of the city, this experience offers a meaningful and engaging way to connect.

About Crash Course Columbus

Crash Course Columbus is a 3-month cohort experience (April-June) designed to help new residents and young professionals explore neighborhoods, build connections, and get plugged into the Columbus community through curated experiences across the city.

Participants in the full program attend all six sessions as part of their enrollment.
