The Columbus Young Professionals (CYP) Club is the region’s largest and most active community for emerging leaders serving more than 20,000 members across Central Ohio. Since 2005, we’ve made membership free and accessible for everyone, creating a welcoming space where young professionals can connect, learn, lead, and thrive.

What began as a simple idea between friends has grown into a nationally recognized hub for social events, business networking, leadership development, cultural exploration, volunteerism, and recreational sports. Today, the CYP Club exists to help members build meaningful relationships, advance their careers, get involved in the community, and feel more connected to the place they call home.

• Social Membership (Free)

A great place to start! Enjoy access to our full events calendar and join thousands of peers across Central Ohio.

• Premium Membership ($50 for six months or $75 per year)

Unlock deeper access with free or discounted event admission, insider perks, and exclusive opportunities designed to help you accelerate your connections and growth.

• Business Membership ($250–$500 per year)

Ideal for employers and nonprofits seeking visibility, talent pipeline access, and community engagement for employees.

Who We Serve

CYP Club members are educated, ambitious, and active contributors to the region’s vibrant professional landscape. Nearly 70% of our membership falls between ages 25–34, and 88% hold a bachelor’s degree or higher. With more than 1,000 new members joining each year, our network continues to grow, along with the opportunities.
