Columbus Impact Academy Enrollment - Payment Plan

The Columbus Impact Academy is the CYP Club’s immersive experience for emerging leaders and high potential professionals, offered over six months from September through February.

Tuition is $750 per person. This is a payment plan for the Columbus Impact Academy as follows:

  • Deposit ($50) is due on or before September 10, 2025

  • Payment #1 ($100) is due on or before October 1, 2025

  • Payment #2 ($100) is due on or before November 1, 2025

  • Payment #3 ($100) is due on or before December 1, 2025

  • Payment #4 ($100) is due on or before January 1, 2025

  • Payment #5 ($100) is due on or before January 15, 2026

  • Payment #6 ($100) is due on or before February 1, 2026

  • Payment #7 ($100) is due on or before February 15, 2026

Tuition covers all program costs including orientation, all 12 classes & tours, course workbook and journal, Clifton Strengths book and online assessment, CYP Club premium membership & bonus events, and facilitation over the course of the 6-month program (September 2025 – February 2026).

COLUMBUS IMPACT ACADEMY

$750 per enrollment

The Columbus Impact Academy is a six-month leadership journey facilitated by the Columbus Young Professionals (CYP) Club designed to provide an immersive and comprehensive experience for emerging leaders and high potential professionals across central Ohio. The Impact Academy offers more than 30 hours of structured leadership sessions, team-bonding opportunities, and experiential "field trips" to get to know Columbus for area young professionals—with fewer than 10 total hours during the typical workday—over the course of six months.

All participants will receive a copy of CliftonStrengths (hard cover book and online talent assessment) plus a Columbus Impact Academy workbook and journal, along with 12 months of Premium Membership access in the CYP Club (an added value of $95).

Most sessions are on Wednesdays from 6-8pm, with some on Friday afternoons (12-2pm or 1-3pm) or weekends for field trips.
