Grandview Hop Summer 2025 (Honeywhisk Ohio)

The Grandview Hop is Grandview Avenue’s summertime night market and open street pedestrian experience. On the fourth Saturday of every month from June through September, we invite the community to our Street Party / Night Market along Grandview Avenue. We close Grandview Avenue from 1st Ave. to 5th Ave. for the community to enjoy an open-air market featuring more than 200 pop-up tents and food trucks, along with live music, a charity beer garden, activities for kids, local art, giveaways and more.

The Grandview Hop is produced by the Columbus Young Professionals (CYP) Club in partnership with the City of Grandview Heights and Destination Grandview and with the guidance of the City of Columbus Recreation & Parks Special Events Dept. Our series is all about community-building and supporting local. THOUSANDS of attendees join us during each event – which are free to attend and open to everyone!

2025 SEASON DATES: Saturday, June 28, 2025 from 5-9pm; Saturday, July 26, 2025 from 5-9pm; Saturday, August 23, 2025 from 5-9pm; and Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 5-9pm

The Grandview Hop is divided into SIX ZONES (1-6), each with an assigned Zone Captain who will be your on-site contact. Lead Organizer, Derek Grosso, will be available and on site all day overseeing all zones and areas. Three zones (1, 2, and 3) are located between W 3rd and W 5th Avenue in the City of Columbus, while three zones (4, 5, and 6) are located between W 1st and W 3rd Avenue in the City of Grandview Heights.

Along our half-mile event, there is space for 200 pop-up vendors each month (spots are 10’ x 10’) and you must provide your own tent to set up and tear down (though tents are not required if you don’t have one). There are TWO Food Truck areas (with space for a total of up to 20 food trucks & carts) and ONE Charity Beer Garden (with 100% of the proceeds donated to charity), along with TEN live music & performing arts spaces, a celebrity food-eating competition, kids activities, pet cool-down stations, dance & fitness demos, and a whole lot more.

VENDOR PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES:

Thank you for your interest in applying as a vendor at The Grandview Hop summer series! The Grandview Hop is a collaborative, organic, local event. We rely upon each merchant and outdoor vendor to help make this event a success. The Grandview Hop features a half-mile long community Night Market / Street Party along Grandview Avenue (between W 1st Ave and W 5th Ave). Each event features live music, local art, shopping, activities for kids, and an open-air market featuring 200 Ohio artisans, food trucks and pop-up shops. PLEASE NOTE that your reservation for The Grandview Hop is not confirmed until you have paid in full. VENDOR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

By agreeing with the Terms and Conditions for the Grandview Hop, you acknowledge that YOU WILL PROVIDE your own tent, tables, chairs, or any other items required for the setup of your display(s).

Every effort will be made by the Grandview Hop to accommodate your preferred location request whenever possible, however requests cannot be guaranteed and are at the discretion of the Hop organizers and Grandview Avenue merchants. You will receive an email the week prior to each Hop for which you are registered, detailing the specifics of your assigned location, including load-in times.

Please note that power is NOT available at The Grandview Hop.

Roughly half the accessible parking areas are free surface lots, and the other half are paid parking lots. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee free parking for anyone.

The Hop takes place rain or shine. In case of inclement weather, local merchants remain open. Zone captains and event law enforcement officers will make announcements on site. Please plan accordingly by providing your own tent, tarp, or other covering if the forecast is unclear.

Outdoor Vendor Pricing* for The Grandview Hop series 2025:

• $125 per event for a 10' x 10' Area in ZONE 1 [on Grandview Avenue from Ida Ave to 5th Ave]

• $150 per event for a 10' x 10' Area in ZONES 2-6 [on Grandview Avenue from 1st Ave to Ida Ave]

• $200 per event for mobile pop-up vendors with vehicle (up to 20’ long trucks)

• $200 per event for Food Trucks (up to 20’ long trucks), $250 for 21’-29’, and $300 for 30’ or larger

**Vendor fees help cover event insurance & permits, City of Columbus security, City of Grandview Heights security, EMS/Firefighters, event staffing, city- and state-wide marketing/promotional costs, portable restrooms, live music & entertainment, and more. VENDOR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Tables, chairs, and tents are NOT provided. You must bring your own! Power/electricity is not available.
