Columbus Impact Academy
The Columbus Impact Academy is a four-month community impact and leadership development program facilitated by the CYP Club twice per year, in the spring and fall. Participants work together to discover a sense of place and purpose while getting to know Columbus and gaining valuable perspective on team bonding, access to key community leaders, board service, exposure to opportunity, and much more.
Launched in 2018, the curriculum offers a comprehensive experience for emerging leaders focused on interactive and engaging sessions that bring focus to individual, group and community needs.

CityPulse Columbus
CityPulse tells the Columbus story through neighborhoods, nonprofits, and notable people. It is a free digital guide that reaches new residents & new hires, students, employers, community leaders, charities & arts organizations alike. Weekly features appear at CityPulseColumbus.com.
Twice a year, we publish a Citywide Charity Guide with support from the Greater Columbus Arts Council, Ryan Deeter Realtor, and Besa.

Crash Course Columbus
Crash Course Columbus is a new program that offer new-to-Columbus residents a fresh and entertaining look at our community. Over four weeks, participants will connect with other young professionals and local influencers in the Columbus area while learning about many of the wonderful resources the city has to offer! Crash Course Columbus is intended for residents who have lived in Columbus 3 years or less, but it will be open to others who might like to get to know the city better.
This program is structured to introduce new residents & recent hires to Columbus and keep them engaged through use of the MYLE app.

Next Up Columbus Awards
Previously known as “Young Professionals to Know in Columbus,” the Next Up Columbus Awards highlight emerging leaders who are connectors and cheerleaders in central Ohio and who are making a positive impact on the future of our city. Since its inception, we have recognized more than 200 outstanding emerging leaders, with profiles published in our annual Young Professional’s Guide to Columbus.
The Next Up Columbus Awards are presented in June as a Summer Celebration with support from Discover Financial, Ohio Dominican University, and Quantum Health. Additional event partners in 2023 include: BrewDog, Columbus Blue Jackets, Dirt Rich Brew, Endeavor Brewstillery, Heart State Brewing, Maker’s Mark, MYLE, and Peak Cocktails.

Wonderful Workplace Awards
An annual awards program and networking event, Wonderful Workplaces for Young Professionals are presented each year to local employers who are deemed the best places to launch and grow a career for emerging leaders, nominated by CYP Club members in categories of Coolness (Attraction), Stickiness (Retention), Community Impact and Growth Opportunities.
The Wonderful Workplace Awards are presented with support from BBB of Central Ohio and the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO).
