Santoria Sawyer is the Director of Business Development at Smoot Construction, a family-owned construction management firm celebrating over 80 years of service across Ohio and the Midwest. She leads strategic relationship building, community engagement, and growth initiatives, with a strong focus on values-driven leadership and long-term impact.
Santoria also serves on the Board of Directors for NAWIC Columbus, where she actively supports workforce development, mentorship, and the advancement of women in the construction industry. Passionate about emerging leaders, she brings a people-first approach to navigating change, building trust, and leading with purpose during times of growth and transition.
